Outcomes documented. Protocols published. Data available.
Every protocol at Panchasuddhi is tracked through defined clinical markers and recorded across the full treatment cycle. Our findings are submitted for peer review, not retained as internal case notes.
Measured outcomes across three condition categories
Statistically significant reduction over five-week cycles
Biomarker tracking across full detoxification cycles
Preventive protocol efficacy in longitudinal cohorts
Panchakarma protocols for musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain were assessed using standardised pain indices at intake, mid-cycle, and discharge. Outcomes logged against matched controls.
Hypertension, sleep disorder, and stress-response cohorts followed over twelve months. Constitutional assessment at intake determined protocol assignment; outcomes compared at six and twelve weeks.
Glycaemic, lipid, and inflammatory markers were recorded at each protocol stage. Dosha-specific dietary and therapeutic adjustments are correlated with observed biomarker shifts.

Classical diagnostics. Contemporary measurement.
Each study begins with dosha-specific constitutional assessment using Prakriti evaluation alongside standard clinical intake. Diagnostic findings are cross-referenced with biochemical markers before any protocol is assigned.
Ongoing institutional studies follow a defined enrolment process. Qualified participants — referred patients and preventive health practitioners — may apply through the centre's intake office. Each study specifies inclusion criteria, cycle length, and outcome measurement schedule before enrolment opens.
Methodology documentation and enrolment criteria for current studies are available on request from the research office.
